Hi well today I visited point cook service centre after being recommended to me , Well the recommendation was 150 % worth it ,my car had check engine light on i was served from start to finish by owner on phone and in person by Bill ,everything was explained to me in detail, the why ,hows ,because, everything and I was put at ease , Pricing suburb and worth every penny these lovely honest people charge , I will 200% recomend this place if you want peace on your vehicles problems . Guys from me well done for being normal humans , staff and owner keep it up .🤗👍

It's hard for me to trust a mechanic or a workshop. Invariably one or the other stuffs you up for any number of reasons (and excuses, TBH). When Manny Lucifera sold his business in this location, I was worried. But time and again, Nadeem and his team has proven to be a worthy replacement. Servicing my and my sons' cars as well as my wife's. Japanese as well as Continental. I am very happy with his professionalism, reality-checks and honesty. We even bought 2 cars from him! A gem in the area indeed.

Thanks Guys, I had a good relationship over the years with Manny. It was a surprise to find he'd gone, but I'm very impressed with the new crew. I was seen to at the time of my appointment and while the car was being serviced, Ahmed stayed in contact to get my decision on particular issues that arose and giving helpful advice. The service was done quickly, which included getting parts in. I was most happy with the engine tuning, I've never heard it purring so quietly. The cost was very competitive and added to that, they had done a little extra on one job that they didn't charge for. Ahmed at the front desk is helpful, courteous and patient. I appreciate the effort they are making to keep Manny's former customers. Overall, very happy and will return.

Came in asking for a battery change without calling in advance and they got it done quickly. The front desk guy went out of his way to go fetch the battery and replace it whilst also charging less that other place, however one thing that could be better was that I was assured there is a warranty for the battery but wasn't given a warranty card or any other form of written version of telling me that. Regardless highly recommend

Awesome experience! Nadim and his team are hard working honest and fair tradespeople! I’ve been here twice and both times was very satisfied with the speed they got the jobs done especially at short notice and the prices were so reasonable and fair. First job was related to the clutch system on my Hilux and the second job was repairs on my Xtrail after a collision. They saved me thousands of dollars by using parts from wreckers which is also a super sustainable option. Very impressed. Cheers Ashkr

Very approachable, professional & great communication..Emanuel took time to explain to me in detail with his findings with the RWC I asked him to do. I found Caitlin to be polite as I had to keep moving my appt as a car yard was messy me around with their delays. PCSC allowed me to take the BMW home for a.carplay install and return it next day. Engine oil leak, radiator hose leak, full service & took care of my tyre needs. Great team work, now the BMW is ready and safe for my grand-daughter. Highly recommend

Point Cook Service Centre was easily a huge load off my mind, but not a load off my pocket. It’s very daunting & stressful trying to find any service that’s hopefully going to be able to help sooner than later, have stand out performances & make your life easier; so if you’re reading this don’t bother wasting your time with anyone else, because from your first call or steps in their door you’ll realise your vehicle is in genuine sets of helping hands 🙌🏼 I took my Mazda CX-9 here to get a RWC, the very friendly receptionist Caitlin quickly discussed with the owner Manny to get me booked in & in less than a week the initial RWC assessment, quote, repairs & final RWC assessment had been finished; they can’t be faulted- thanks again for your extra help, I really appreciate it & I’ll be forever spreading the word 👍🏼😉

Great auto repairs, they have looked after my mothers car , my sisters car & my girlfriends car as well as my own. I can highly recommend great service. They will always go that bit further to help . As I am not good at IT the did all the computer work needed to book a appointment at bib roads for me. If you want professional service with highly skilled machanics . Hobsons Bay Auto Repairs is the best place to go .

Always super helpful, friendly, quick and affordable. Only couple of times I've had to go back for minor things missed. I.e. tyres not pumped up, oil not topped up for a general service.

Nadeem and his colleagues are fantastic mechanics. They work very well on a customer level, making sure your car is back to good health as soon as possible without any shortcuts. I have used this mechanic a few times now and everytime the boys have gone above and beyond to help me out. All at very reasonable prices Would definitely recommend if you need a mechanic in the area

Had these guys help me out with a couple of cars now, one of which the owner actually helped me out for free when I was stuck replacing a window regulator. More recently I had them carry out a rwc and some repairs on a bmw and they knocked it out the park. Really great and fast work at a good price. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service!! We have taken our car here for service a few times. Most recently, we thiught the front brakes were wearing out & booked in to have then replaced. The price we were quoted was cheaper than other places in the area. Within 20mins from dropping the car off i recieved a phone call advising me that there was no problem with the brakes & i could come & collect the car with no charge - they could have just gone ahead with the replacement & i would have been non the wiser, however they were honest. It's because of this type of service, as well as the professional, cheap & well executed services of the past that i will continue to take my car here for servicing. Trust in your mechanic is vital & these guys are great!!

Had RWC done today. Opened early in the morning and late into evening is a big plus for me. The guy was passionate for his workmanship and didn't pass the car the first time due to poor tyres. Not happy at first but it's fair enough. Quoted costs for changing the tyres incl alignment were very reasonable. Job completed on time. Good follow up calls from the reception throughout the day. Customer Service isn't as great as Kmart or those big stores but it was definitely acceptable for a small business like this and I didn't come across any rudeness at all (as per some other reviewers).

Honestly the best mechanic shop in Werribee and surrounding areas. All of the staff are friendly and if prices seem high you won't get the quality of the job anywhere else(even though the prices are good). The mechanics know what they are doing and are well qualified. I always feel welcome when I bring my car to them.
